These terms cover your use of the Garden Reprise app, made by Daily Apps Lab. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. What the app does
Garden Reprise creates AI landscape concepts from a photo of your yard, plus a plant list matched to your climate zone. The designs are concepts to help you plan. They are not exact pictures of a finished yard and not a professional landscape plan.
2. Plant list and advice
Plant suggestions, quantities, costs, pet-safety and care notes are general guidance. Prices, availability and growing conditions vary. Check with your local garden center before you buy or plant, and check local rules before you dig, build or remove trees.
3. Purchases
- Your first design is free, one per device.
- The Yard Makeover Pack ($14.99) and 20 More Edits ($4.99) are one-time in-app purchases. There is no subscription.
- Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- You can restore purchases from the app's Settings.
4. Your photos and designs
Your photos stay yours. You let us process them only to create and store your designs, as described in our privacy policy. You may use your designs for personal and home-planning purposes. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
5. Fair use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to get around purchase limits, no reverse engineering, and no uploading of illegal or offensive images.
6. No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Daily Apps Lab is not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made from the AI designs or plant list.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
